Ingredients
Prawns 8-10 - 150 gm
Mustard Oil - 20 ml
Hung Curd - 50 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste - 10 gm
Red Chilli Paste - 10 gm
Salt - to taste
Chaat Masala - 3 gm
Garam Masala Powder - 5 gm 
Turmeric powder - 3 ml
Lemon Juice - 10 ml
Kasuri Methi Powder - 5 gm
Black Pepper powder - 3 gm
Bell peppers  - 20 gm
Butter - 10 gm
Capsicum - 40 gm
Coriander Leaves - 5 gm
Method / Instructions
a) Marinate cleaned prawns with ginger garlic paste, mustard oil, red chilli powder, lemon juice.
b) Marinate mix hung curd with red chilli paste, and powdered spices.
c) Marinate the prawns and screw on seekh alternately and cook in tandoor.
d) Garnish with some butter, chat masala and chopped coriander.
e) Enjoy your meal!
